Personality Testing And The Benefits Essay - 1138 Words

This paper will take a brief look at personality testing and the benefits it has in the workplace. Support for the use of personality tests, as well as some of the features of these types of tests will be explored. In addition, some of the less desirable aspects of personality testing will also be examined. There is some disagreement among psychologist on the use of personality tests, specifically the Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which will also be discussed.
